Use of this portable fire pit (Roam Flame) involves inherent risks of fire, burns, and other injuries.

This product is intended for use by responsible adults only.

By using this product, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with its operation, including but not limited to:

  • Fire hazards: This product produces an open flame and can ignite nearby flammable materials. Use extreme caution and maintain a safe distance from flammable objects.

  • Burn hazards: The fire pit and its contents can become extremely hot during and after use. Avoid touching hot surfaces and keep children and pets away.

  • Inhalation hazards: Inhaling smoke or fumes from the burning alcohol can be harmful. Use in well-ventilated areas and avoid prolonged exposure to smoke.

  • Explosion hazards: Improper use of isopropyl alcohol can result in explosions or fire. Only use the recommended amount of fuel and never add fuel to an active fire.

  • Property damage: This product can cause damage to surfaces it comes into contact with, including burns, stains, and discoloration. Use caution when placing the fire pit on any surface.

It is your responsibility to:

  • Read and understand all instructions and warnings before using this product.

  • Use this product outdoors only.

  • Use only the recommended fuel (isopropyl alcohol) and in the recommended amounts.

  • Never leave a burning fire unattended.

  • Extinguish the fire completely before moving or storing the fire pit.

  • Keep the fire pit away from children and pets at all times.

  • Use the fire pit only in designated areas and in accordance with local fire codes and regulations.

This product is sold "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The manufacturer and seller of this product shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of this product.  

By purchasing and using this product, you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the manufacturer and seller from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from or related to your use of this product.
